Returns and Complaints


Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered products, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller by email at info@perger1757.si  within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The customer must return the products within 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.
The only cost borne by the customer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the products.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all accompanying documentation, unless the product has been damaged without the fault of the customer.
If the package arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of tampering, the customer should immediately contact the delivery provider and inform the Seller.
The Seller will refund all payments received from the customer, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or until proof of return shipment is provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized products, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Complaints


If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must notify the Seller as soon as possible by email at info@perger1757.si and provide a description of the issue together with relevant photos if applicable.
The Seller will review the complaint and provide further instructions regarding replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for complaint claims.
